We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was very clean, especially the carpet. The beds were not as comfy as the ones at home, but everything smelled so clean! Our daughter is super allergic to animal fur, and I was worried about staying in a pet friendly hotel, but there were no issues. The air conditioning worked well, and we were comfy. The bathroom needs to be updated. Our favorite part was the free cookies at around 5 every day. They were amazing. The hotel was a little pricey. Overall, it was an older hotel, but clean.
The hotel was great the only reason for the 4 Stars is they are renovating the first floor. the paint smell was a little strong but other than that great place, the rooms are clean and quiet
Really helpful clerks - even though there was some construction going on, so the soda machines and ice machines weren’t working, they found us some Diet Cokes anyway! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
This was a road trip stop for us. Easy access from the freeway and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Temperature is a big deal to me and the room didn't get very cool, but other than that rooms were good. Breakfast was lack luster. Coffee and hot water were out when we ate at 8:30 and nothing was great. It was an efficient stop, and the staff was lovely.
Extremely pleasant staff. 5 stars go to "Krystal" on the front desk for going the extra mile by making our stay extra special. Made calls to help us make dinner reservations and called corporate to insure our member rate.
We always stay here! Excellent breakfast and the staff is great! Rooms are always very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable We enjoy using the pool and exercise room and you can go for a leisurely walk nearby if you desire. Highly recommend!
This Hampton Inn is being remodeled. So it will be 5 stars when it is finished. Rooms definitely need remodeled. Tile cracked in bathroom. Furniture with wear marks. Curtain pulls missing. The staff was great.
Good location. We stayed here 2 weeks ago on the way back home to OR. Our room was clean. I always check the beds. It doesn't matter if it's a 5 star resort. Always check your beds. Didn't have the free breakfast. Slept in a little. The bed was comfortable. It's better than sleeping in your vehicle. The hotel is a bit outdated. Yes, I would stay here again. The front desk lady is nice and kind. House keepers were very respectful also.
